    Use this data source to access information about an existing Automation String Variable.

    Example Usage

    import * as pulumi from "@pulumi/pulumi";
    import * as azure from "@pulumi/azure";

    const example = azure.automation.getStringVariable({
        name: "tfex-example-var",
        resourceGroupName: "tfex-example-rg",
        automationAccountName: "tfex-example-account",
    });
    export const variableId = example.then(example => example.id);

    import pulumi
    import pulumi_azure as azure

    example = azure.automation.get_string_variable(name="tfex-example-var",
        resource_group_name="tfex-example-rg",
        automation_account_name="tfex-example-account")
    pulumi.export("variableId", example.id)

    		}, nil)
    		if err != nil {

    Using getStringVariable

    Two invocation forms are available. The direct form accepts plain arguments and either blocks until the result value is available, or returns a Promise-wrapped result. The output form accepts Input-wrapped arguments and returns an Output-wrapped result.

    function getStringVariable(args: GetStringVariableArgs, opts?: InvokeOptions): Promise<GetStringVariableResult>
    function getStringVariableOutput(args: GetStringVariableOutputArgs, opts?: InvokeOptions): Output<GetStringVariableResult>
